Afaf El Maayati is a distinguished information systems, cybersecurity, and Internet governance executive from Morocco. With over 24 years of experience bridging technical operations and governance oversight, she currently serves as the Chief Information Officer and the Acting Director in charge of .ma ccTLD management at the National Telecommunications Regulatory Agency (ANRT) of Morocco, a position she has held since June 2007.

In her dual role at ANRT, Ms. El Maayati is responsible for defining, implementing, and continuously improving registry policies in alignment with international best practices and multistakeholder governance principles. She oversees domain name registration services, registrar accreditation, and compliance monitoring, ensuring the stability, security, resilience, and continuity of the .ma ccTLD registry infrastructure. Previously, from 2001 to 2007, she served as a DNS Infrastructure Administrator at Maroc Telecom, where she managed critical high-availability DNS networks.

Dr. Ahlal H. Mohamed is a prominent academic and ICT leader with over 30 years of experience in telecommunications, computer networks, and academic governance. He currently serves as a Professor of Computer Networks at the University of Tripoli and an advisor to LIBYANELITE, bringing deep expertise in Quality of Service (QoS), digital transformation, and capacity building.

Dr. Mohamed has spent over a decade in senior administrative roles at the University of Tripoli, most notably serving as the Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology from 2012 to 2022, and previously as the Head of the Network Department. His early career includes working as a Telecommunications Engineer at the Broadcasting and Relay Station in Sirte (1998–2001) and as an Assistant Lecturer at the University of Bradford, UK, where he taught database courses.

Daniel K. Nanghaka is an acclaimed Internet governance, digital transformation, and ICT policy leader with over 15 years of experience coordinating continental and regional initiatives across Africa. He currently serves as the ICT Technical Lead at the African Forum for Agricultural Advisory Services (AFAAS), where he coordinates the Digitalization Agenda for Agricultural Extension and advisory services in Africa, managing AI-driven climate prediction and farmer-profiling projects.

Mr. Nanghaka has a long history of institutional leadership within the AFRINIC and ICANN communities. He served as the Chair of the AFRINIC Governance Committee from 2021 to September 2025 (and as a member from 2019). Globally, he served on the third ICANN Accountability and Transparency Review Team (ATRT3) from 2018 to 2020 and chaired the ICANN At-Large Outreach and Engagement Working Group (2018–2022). He previously directed Industry 4.0+ initiatives under the Science, Technology and Innovation Secretariat in the Office of the President of Uganda (2022–2024).

Dr. Maud Adjeley Ashong Elliot is a prominent Information Systems scholar, lecturer, and digital policy practitioner with extensive experience in institutional governance, digital trust, and gender inclusion in technology. She is the first female President of the Internet Society (ISOC) Ghana Chapter (2024–2026) and a lecturer at the University of Professional Studies, Accra (UPSA).

Her academic research focuses on the institutional shaping of digitalization, particularly within public-sector systems like Ghana's e-Justice platform. In addition to her presidency at ISOC Ghana, she represents African chapters on the global ISOC Chapter Advisory Council Steering Committee (2026), serves as the GNSO representative on the ICANN Fellowship Selection Committee (2025–2026), and acts as Board Chair of the Hope Christian Hospital (2025–2027).

Marie Michel Eddy Lareine is a highly accomplished senior technology executive with over 20 years of experience in enterprise IT strategy, digital transformation, and risk management. He currently serves as the Directeur des Systèmes Informatiques (CIO) for La Sentinelle Group, a leading media and printing group in Mauritius, where he advises executive leadership and the board on technological scalability, security, and digital innovation.

Since April 2018, Mr. Lareine has led group-level IT strategy, implementing key achievements such as designing and deploying a private cloud infrastructure that cut infrastructure and licensing costs by approximately 60%. His professional service includes a previous tenure as a member of the AFRINIC Governance Committee from January 2021 to December 2022, and he currently serves as an openSUSE Election Official and Board Member of the PMI Mauritius Chapter.
